Ok, is there a particular reason why it's so quiet here?

I also miss this place. This forum is too pretty (and reliable/functional) to be used so infrequently.

But seriously, everytime I stop by I see that there actually have been members visiting, but no new posts...
Ok I didn´t post much either, but I reckon it´s impossible that every other members life and simlife has been as uneventful as mine lately?!

I've been very busy on my new school ^^;; This is probably my first visit since I started in school actually... :3

But I've started creating a new world for sims just for fun, s I haven't been completely unactive sims wise XD

I have been building some lots beside working on my story, but even if I manage to upload them to the exchange, people seem to have problems with them ingame after they downloaded.
Hm. Might be an issue with the exchange, might be because I didn't update my game since 1.34... dunno...

So the exchange doesn't seem to work? Then everything is as I left it

No it´s not - they gave the EA site a makeover!!

Ugh. I only just saw that myself... I need to check what else has changed beside the layout...

Yeah, its a good school :3 its not exactly a school, more a place for young peole who doesn't know which education to start on actually... But its a really nice place, and I get to do a lot of creative stuff c:

What startled me most, at first all my game registrations did not show anymore.

Fortunately they are back now, but phew! I really hated the idea that my MyPage would look like I was some fake forever now

Ah, we have this kind of schools round here, too. Very useful, I think!

Hehe, I may be wrong, but for all I know ours are really for those who have no idea what the want to do, workwise ^^

On my school there are a lot of lines to follow. There is for example a music line, where there are a lot of great musicans. ^^
I chose graphic line because I love drawing XD And I wanted to learn about it ^^
Of course there are also lot of regular people too ^^

I actually like the new sims 3 site, but the glitch that came with it (the flickering)...they can have it!

Hm, I heard from quiet a lot of people that the have this flickering... wonder what is causing that, I did not have this problem so far

Someone said it was the "My Page" tab. It's not loading 100% correctly (even though it DOES load) and is causing the site to flicker.

But this morning I noticed there is no flickering...at least on my browser, so maybe they fixed it.

Ive been wondering the same thing. Theres no reason for this place to be so quiet. This site is one of the best simming sites out there... and has some of the nicest people also!

Sorry... I just logged into my official account, and

a) I only could accept a friend request I had via the back door
b) all comments on my latest post have vanished
c) pics in the forums threads only upload halfway

So I venture to guess that EA will keep us entertained with daily new glitches, as always

Geez, I didn't say they fixed everything, and where specifically did I put 'EA' and 'Fix' in the same sentence? I didn't. I said 'But this morning I noticed there is no flickering...at least on my browser, so maybe they fixed it.'. That doesn't necessarily mean I meant EA although I can see where someone would think I was, so that was my bad. I believe it's something else causing the issue. Whether that issue is related to the EA web design team themselves...I don't know.

I'm having 2 of the 3 same issues on the site you are having, but that didn't happen on my end at the time that I made that post, it just happened today. We all know from their patches, they fix one thing only to break 100 other things in the process.

I lurk but hardly post because I've been quite busy with school, work, and I never really find an answer to reply with. I've also seemed to lost interest in Sims just because I can never find time to play and I almost never post on the official forums. Hopefully, when summer comes back around this place will be hopping.

Well there are some holidays round the corner before next summer, right?
