Re: The Disney Thread
Wish I could have the DVDs I so totally need to replace my Hunchback of Notre Dame movie since one part of it has those lines you get in video cassettes from fast-forwarding so much in one patricluar scene (the scene with Frollo in the "Court of Miracles")

Re: The Disney Thread
You can buy them from Best Buy and online places like Amazon. You can also rent them from places like Blockbuster and Hollywood Video (and Netflix, which seems to be killing the previous two rental dealers).JEL52895 wrote:I have seen like, 2 Disney movies. Re: The Disney Thread
If I ever see any of those, I'll probably sit there the whole time going "I'm to old for this." But love it in the end. XD
Hag, I bet you have a whole closet full of them. XD

You can never be too old for Disney movies! One time when I was in high school, there was this guy who thought it was weird that I liked Disney movies because he seemed to think that they were only for girls. He might have gotten that assumption from the whole Disney Princess thing.

They're on the bookshelf in my living room. I own most of them on DVD, some on Blu-ray, and a bunch of them on video cassette in the storage room. I can also recite the years of most Disney movies that are part of the official animated features cannon in chronological order.

You're a Disney freak. XD (I don't mean that offensively. XD You can be a good kind of freak. XD)

Which two Disney movies did you see? Just curious.JEL52895 wrote:I have seen like, 2 Disney movies. XD I once asked my mom, "Why didn't I watch any Disney movies when I was little? Re: The Disney Thread
I've seen Beauty and the Beast (I remember my English teacher in 7th grade making us watch it, I hadn't seen it for years and thought it was stupid, but I ended up loving it XD). Let's see...There's probably a few I don't remember. Like I remember seeing pictures of the Little Mermaid, but I don't know if I watched it or what it's about. Uh, what else...To Google! Thank you Google, for jogging my memory. XD Wow, I guess it was more than 2. I just couldn't remember. I think I saw Snow White, I saw part of Bambi in Spanish (lol Spanish class XD), Cinderella (is it weird that I remember watching it at a sleepover when I was like, 8? XD), Lady and the Tramp (I think I actually saw that a few times), Aristocats, One Hundred and One Dalmatians, I can never be sure if I saw the Lion King (I remember seeing parts), and Mulan (school again, I think it was that same English teacher XD). Wow. That's more than 2. I guess I didn't remember, because it's not what I think of when I hear Disney. I think of The Little Mermaid, Sleeping Beauty, Aladdin, and the like which I haven't seen. So I guess I stand corrected. Interesting...

I also first saw Mulan in school. In 3rd grade through 6th grade, my class got to stay inside during lunch to eat, during which they would also play movies for us to watch. That's where I first saw it. JEL, the movies you haven't seen are awesome. I suggest you see them.
Re: The Disney Thread
Apparently Wikipedia has multiple Disney lists, because I looked on another Wikipedia page. XD I'll have to see some.

Re: The Disney Thread
I remember my very first trip to the movie theater, it was a matinee of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. I was obsessed with that movie afterwards. I had the book and read-a-long, erm, 45.
Re: The Disney Thread
my only read-along tape was The Lion King. But my older sister broke the thing that played it.
I also have this particular game book:

My favorites are The Little Mermaid and Pocahontas. I've seen a bunch of the movies, mostly princess ones.
