The best places for CC hair - A vague WCIF

Hi everyone (probably Kels haha)
This is a very vague WCIF thread.
I'm looking for sites that I can download well-made CC hairs for free (I don't want to subscribe!). It would also be preferred if they came as Sims3packs, but it isn't necessarily required. Just list your favorite places to download hair, as I have very few in my game.

Again, I'm looked for nicely done CC hairs. I am aware of:
