WooHoo!!! YAY!

He got a job, he got a job! A real job...none of this temp agency stuff either! Woohoo! Doesn't pay much to start but it's full time M-F 9am-5/6pm.

We were just saying last night how he finally got a call from a non-temp warehouse place, which was good because no one...and I mean no one was calling me for anything I applied to (he says it's because I haven't worked in about 2 years). Then this morning another warehouse called him for an interview, 20 minutes after that the first warehouse place called him and offered him the job. So he called the place that called him this morning to cancel the interview.

And I successfully cut my daughters bangs...they look weird.

Yeah. IMO, not the greatest pic. And she's having a fit right now over the floor fan not being on. This is what happens when you only get a 45 minute nap...

She knows the movie well. So I asked her, while looking in the mirror, if she looked like Boo, and she said "no". I said "no?" she said, "no" *points to her self in the mirror and says* Kai Lan! Oy. FYI kid...you're not Chinese.

I thought she was Japanese too, but I looked it up and every site I went to says that she is Chinese and teaches Mandarin Chinese in her shows.

I was proven wrong (thinking she was Japanese) just a little while ago while watching a episode (with my daughter!--Not by myself), and she said "in Chinese we say____". So I guess the sites were right.

Oh wow! I'm so excited for you guys! There's nothing as awesome as working 9-5 Monday through Friday! Ok, there's plenty of things MORE awesome than that. Cruises to the Bahamas, discovering that you're Royalty, and having a daughter that looks as cute a cartoon character are some examples. But still, the stability and peace that come with having a steady full time job is pretty awesome!

LoL--Taget called me this evening. Well, not me....even though I did apply to Target, they were looking for my bf.

It's weird...one place calls and it's like a flood of calls from places we've applied to in the past few weeks after that first call was made. That's 3 calls from 3 places in one day.

That is wonderful!! I told you something would happen as long as you guys kept trying. Life isn't easy and there are always going ot be hard times. Usually though, if you want something bad enough, you can make it happen. It just takes a lot of determination. I am so happy for you!! I know how exciting it is to start a new job.

And by the way, is that really your daughter?? If so, she is adorable. I hope I have a daughter some day. You are so lucky and blessed to have her.
