Re: ST Tips & Tricks: CAS
I duuno if its so much a tip, but it helps me.
When I make celebrity sims (real celebs into sims) I choose to put no hairstyle on the sim (I use the bald option or the fuzzy almost bald option) so that I am not distracted by the hair and can concentrate on the facial features better. Once I am close to how I want her (I usually make female sims) I go through the hairs and see which one looks closely like the celebrity's. If her face still needs a little more tweaking then, and only at this point, do I keep the hair on her. I dunno it helps me....

I actually do the same when making sims, i put them in a pony tail so no hair is around their face. My other thing is makeup, i try to keep it as natural looking as possible.

I wish we could change makeup from everyday to evening like we do with the clothes. I know my makeup for when I go out is usually a little more darker/bold, and my daytime makeup is more subtle. *sigh* someday....someday (I hope)

I've always wanted to do this too.

I wish we could have multiple "everyday" outfits (much like we can do through the makeover feature) but instead of manually going through and having your sim wear a certain outfit that day. Have the sim autonomously pick it themselves....

Twallens Dresser mod does this
My tip: Don't make your sims to skinny/ thin, when they're to thin muscle definition looks awkward... Maybe that's just me lol but it bothers me when sims are super skinny with big ole muscles...

I've heard of a few of his mods that I had never heard of before, including this one. Must get....now!
