It's too Early for Christmas!

My parents have already gotten all the christmas stuff , and our presents, and set the stuff up
It's pure torture to see presents under there we can't touch
The days are going by so slow...

Too early? No it's not! C: Its christmas in november now! Don't you watch cartoon network? XD

They actually put up a tree and everything?!? o.O

Wow...tree up I could deal with, but gifts already under the tree? That's insane!

I all for getting an early start, but for me, an early start is getting the shopping started after Halloween!

I'm putting my tree up this week lol, already have a few pressies to put under it, I usually don't start this early but since we don't really have any plans for Thanksgiving I figured why not?

And YES, it's torture to see gifts and not be able to touch them!!

Geez. Your parents don't waste time! When I was a kid growing up, it was a miracle for my parents to get the tree and gifts set up a week before christmas! Sometimes they wouldn't get everything set up until a day or two before christmas! And then it would be Easter before they took it back down! My parents procrastinate if you couldn't tell.

It's never too early for Christmas...well, at least to the retailers. Lol In the corporate world holiday shopping is timeless, and I'm sure they wish that it could always be Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Halloween. As holiday shopping equals big $$$$$.

As for me, my family varies as to when we put up the Christmas tree. Sometimes we put it up around the beginning of December, land other times it wasn't put up until it was near Christmas. We also never put the presents under the tree until Christmas Eve. I could just imagine children being forced to wait ONE MONTH before they would be allowed to open those presents...just sitting there under the tree...taunting them...Lol

My parents set up the tree during Thanksgiving break which goes into early Dec. what torture is that they put my BIRTHDAY (Dec. 14) presents under the tree. >.>

People that´s crazy to me- round here the christmas tree is usally BOUGHT on christmas eve if you get me

My parents used to be like yours
Everything would be there, like, right before Christmas, and the whole month my brothers and me would be wondering if we would get anything at all

Well, I found out what most of us are getting for Christmas ssshhhhhh
While I was cleaning last night, I went to go put my mom's slippers in my parents room, and I found the receipt from there shopping spree
Me, my mom, and my older brother all got Nintendo 3DSes
My little brother got a PSP
My other little brother got a DS(or DSI)
My two little sisters got some kind of Ipad toy thing

Last year I couldn't watch it because it was chowder - I hate him! But the first year is still my fave .. the one with Daffy Duck

Wow. That is crazy. What really makes me mad though is how there's ads on TV for Xmas before HALLOWEEN is even on. Now that's just ridiculous.

It's tradition to set up the decorations on the 8th of December here, so there' still a while t go yet. But not everyone sticks to tradition

I hate it when people start planning Christmas in November! Worry about Thanksgiving stuff not Christmas stuff

Jake.. I'm live in Canada and Thanksgiving for me is in October..BEFORE the trick-or-treat night

Wow that is mega hella early i would of thought putting up the decor around the 15th Dec or 20th, i don't celebrate Christian holidays any more but back in the day Dad used to put the tree up on the 20th and took it down on the 1st Jan ish, he doesn't want to waste time lol
