Did you know that the World Adventure's Effiel tower was oringally was going to be a place for sims to go?

Did you know that the World Adventure's Effiel tower was oringally was going to be a place for sims to go?
A simmer online discovered three things:
1) with MC she got a moodlet about being at the top of the tower
2)when she placed the tower in her own game on "vistors" allowed lot, it says open from 11am-11pm
3)simmers are getting culinary jobs there..so it would appear it would have been a rabbit-hole restaurant.
