Always notify me acts weird

Hm, I set "Alway notify" at my preferences to "no", but still get notification emails.... occasionally, not every time. Don´t know if this needs to be fixed or if I just have to reset something else

1. Log in.
2. Go to profile
3. Go to preferences
4. There's your settings. The one that disables the e-mails you get from topic replies is the "Always notify me of replies".
5. When you're done screwing around with your settings, make sure you save.

Have you made sure you've saved the settings?

Edit: I just checked your preferences, if you are still receiving the emails you may want to filter them out, by automatically sending them to the trash.

Hm, done that... it is set to "no"

Ah nevermind *shrugs* it´s not that bad, as I wrot above, it only happens occasionally

I also have problems with just setting my preferences to "no" - I still get the email updates. What I did to fix it was go to my profile and then "Topics I am Watching" or something like that at the top. Select all the topics in the list and hit "Stop Watching".

Tedious, but it did the trick for me!

EDIT: I just checked - the section you want to be in on your profile is "Topic(s) being watched".
