Simmy Christmas anyone?

So did anyone ask Santa for Sims stuff? I did and I know I got it because Hubby had me order it when they were having the bogo sale from Origin lol, he is giving me Seasons and Supernatural! I am sooo excited! I also went ahead and got WA so now my collection of EPs will finally be complete... Until the next EP is released lol...

So what about you? Is Santa bringing you any Sim stuff?

I already have everything that I want in the sims universe.

My dad never knows what to send us, so he just sends us cash. lol

I'm actually thinking of buy Showtime with some of my half of the money we get from him. And I said I'd never buy it....

Ok before you start to think that I actually am a four year old, I´d to that because he kept nagging he didn´t know what to gift me at all. So if he doesn´t buy this EP, I most likely will end up with NO present

Brun if you wait until after Xmas you might be able to get it for $20 or get a 2 for 1 and get an SP to go with it, keep your eyes on Amazon....

And I wonder if hubby was clever. Be- cause... when Seasons was released, it was on sale round here. AND my cousin wanted to buy it that day. SO if hubby was clever, he simply asked my cousin to buy two copies... but hey, not really my problem

I decided to wait. We went to the store this morning after I cashed my check, and I just couldn't bring myself to buy it for $30. I was thinking the same thing Leggo...I'll hold out until it's cheaper (maybe I'll luck out like I did with Seasons and Supernatural). For now, I think I might get TLS, and then save the rest of my money.

Got seasons. Now need to finish my story first...

I haven't yet...we went out again tonight, but I didn't make it to Gamestop. I have the car tomorrow for half a day to run some errands, so I may make a stop over there. If it's $20 in store, it's advertised as NEW $20 on their site, then I may buy it, but if it's more than that....I'll wait it out and may get a SP instead while there.

I got Showtime tonight. I checked with my local Gamestop and it was $19.99 for the limited edition, so after talking to a few people and watching LGR reviews of the game, I decided to get it.

I also picked up a few other things...a 5 pck. of crochet needles and my bf bought me 3 rolls of yarn to get me started. Been wanting to start up this hobby for a while, and I finally got myself started. Being a major HP fan, and being sorted into Ravenclaw on Pottermore, I decided my first project will be a simple scarf in the Ravenclaw house colors. ^_^

Then when that is done, I am going to make my daughter a pair of either mittens or socks in a mixed colored yarn (of "pink and white"---yarn is called Strawberry and Cream) that she picked out.

I got Seasons and SN and finally got Seasons installed and played thru "Spooky Day", I really like the festivals idea but the lots are always empty, my poor sim waited for 3 sim hours to start boobing for apples because no one was around lol, I can see that Twallen will be saving the day with his SP mod lol

Haven't installed SN yet because I've had a sick little dog so been spending my time with her

Hm I read about the problem with the empty lots at the festivals... as I have not installed yet I am curious to see if it´s a glitch or if it happens all the time?

Thanks Anna, my doggie is a little better but she's going to continue to have permanent issues We think she got bit by a spider or a scorpion and the poison caused a lot of problems including heart and respiratory issues not to mention she is almost totally blind now She's a tiny old lady as it is so this hit her hard but hopefully with lot's of love and care she'll keep improving....


Yeah, so far the lots are still empty, I don't have my game modded at all right now but I'm thinking that Story Progression will fix that, I've read that a lot of others are having the same issue too... Oh EA why do you tease us so much???
