Made her nose a tiny bit smaller, I noticed if I made it much smaller she would've looked like she took a trip to Michael Jackson's plastic surgeon.
I also changed the eyebrows in this pic and changed her eyes (although there really isn't much difference to any of the features I just played around with...)
