what should I do with the leftover room?

I'm building a house since the last house was getting a bit too "small" for the family in my legacy and I want to know what I should do with this left over room:

How about a combined gym / spa area? With whirlpool and all?

have 3 floors on this house. The first floor is what you see in the picture. and the second floor has 4 bedrooms 1 master bedroom, 2 girls' room, and one boys' room. and the 3rd floor is the nursery and the "newlyweds" rooms
