I got CAW to work!

Started my first world...oh dear, what have gotten myself into.

this worked for me for about 2 hours. I saved my world...went out to run some errands and just now tried to pick up where I left off with my world and it's crashing on me again (sometimes as soon as the program opens and before I get to do anything). So I uninstalled/reinstalled reset the LAA to the new downloaded version and it let me work on a new world (kept crashing with the existing one I was working on before I went to run some errands). It worked well until I went to place some custom roads, then I got the crash error notice. I've been trying to get it to work for about 45 minutes now, and I'm done with it.

Yeah...I was (still am) bummed. I don't know why it keeps crashing, and I tried everything! I had a good little world going too.

It was a small world, but I wanted it to be like a english country side with lots of hills/mountains, had dirt roads etc. Small cottages and some larger houses as well.
I went to the CAW forum and found someone had posted (he posted yesterday actually) the exact same problem I was having. One person suggested saving after every edit you make (which would be fine with me if it didn't crash as soon as I chose the new world file--or opened my existing one). Then one user said you had to download the LAA from MTS, and that it's required if you have a Windows 64-bit machine, which I have. I downloaded it and it worked for me for about 2 hours, but when I came back from my errands it seemed like it stopped.
Now it won't let me work. I did respond to that thread saying that LAA worked for a while but it's back to crashing...I should go and see if anyone replied...

It does this for 64 bit systems? Now I'm even less inclined to download it!
