Anyone Have Character Ideas?

Hey guys
I'm starting a TV show series for Simstopia TV
I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for characters

The show is about 4, or more, close families who live in the town of Crosscutt.
There'd be tons of drama between the wives (like Desperate Housewives), the kids-teens would hang out(like That's 70's Show and have drama like The Secret Life of an American Teenager), the dads would do stuff together (funny stuff like Grown Ups and serious stuff like some serious show )

Thinking about mixing a bunch of show ideas into one, and also coming up with my own ideas
What character ideas do you guys have?

sadly i haven't seen these shows, most of them are not broadcasted here

I use to watch the Young and The Restless with my mother years ago. Then it became rather bad XD or maybe I just came to my senses...I don't know which lol.

Anyways, you need that one woman who thinks everything revolves around her, then you need the one who has almost exactly the same personality but hates the other one. Then there's the goody two shoes who does everything right, and then there's the extremely bad one who gets into trouble all the time. That's what I know about that stuff lol

Oh, and a Spanish Maid who's smart, gotta have one of those

Hm... thinking of standard adult male characters in TV series, I think those are very common

- the dumb but funny guy
- the womanizer
- the nasty workaholic
- the sports fanatic
- the weird old guy next door

Maybe one of the husbands does some naughty stuff and she sees it

The hippie guy could always be buying the male teens beer or something like on That's 70's Show, and he's always doing weird stuff around town

The two women who think everything revolve around them could be neighbors, and they're always talking behind the others back to the other familes. Then when they all get together there's an awkward vibe

What should all these people look like

This sounds like a really fun idea.

I think one of the daughters could constantly be crushing on her friends' dads, even (and especially) the ones who aren't particularly attractive or likeable. And everyone will openly ridicule her for her gross taste in men, but secretly they all begin to develop the same crush every time. And the trigger for each crush would make absolutely no sense, like one dad would come in the room screaming at his daughter about toilet paper replacement etiquette, and the dad-loving friend would be like, "Oh my god, your dad is so hot..." She would never actually act on her crushes, but it would just be one of her quirks, such that every time she and her friend's weird-looking dad are in the same scene, he will arrive in slow motion to the sound of '70s R&B music, and she and all of her friends will just completely drop whatever they're doing or forget what they're talking about. It would be a useful cheat to end any scene where you get writer's block and don't know where else the conversation can go -- just have the dad walk by in slow motion and instantly the plot will just stop, everyone will swoon, and you can pick back up again in the next scene.

I know of at least one character type that hasn't been posted yet: the lovable slacker. Normally, this character is a male, but I think a female one could be interesting. The character would never really get anything done, in terms of their normal life (school, work, goals, etc.), but their social life would be pretty much off the charts. Often, they're pretty intelligent, but don't really apply these smarts. They're always the first to pull a sarcastic remark when other characters are trying to be serious about something, normally to great comic effect, but when they want to be, they're some of the most serious of the archetypical characters.

You could apply that to one of the fathers or teens, since that seems like a tone that would fit. I'd recommend going for it on a teen.

So I was creating the characters, and filming them today
I started getting ideas, so I turned it into a movie!
It's going to be based off of the book Fahrenheit 451
