if its not a hardware problem then the DEP needs sorting, it doesn't hurt anything, just follow the steps, you need to add the base game and all the EPs and SPs that you have.

Congrats on getting your game to work again! I liked all of your pictures. For some reason after I saw the first horse pics I was thinking of the phrase "a man on a horse" and then saw you said something like that. Lol Also, do you have some kind of thing for Omri's simself? If the sim in the pictures isn't his simself, then it looks an awful lot like it. Lol

tis his simself well i wanted his dog Chuckie but i felt bad cause Chuckie is his doggie and they should be together ^-^ what do you mean by "a thing"? O.o his simself is just funny

Oh I wasn't saying it was your computer Purple.

If you added the game to the DEP list and it worked, then it's not the game or the laptop at fault. It was the computer being overly-protective (so to say) with the program (the sims 3) and thinking it was harmful and closing the game down (or crashing as we like to call it). When you add the game to the DEP list it tells the computer those applications, that you add to the list, are safe for it to run, otherwise, it thinks it's harmful and "crashes" the game.

Did you add the launcher applications too? If not, you should.

Oh and I keep forgetting to tell you ...I LOVE your horse!

lol! i didn't know you was talking to me, i was just saying my lappy is still kinda new and it wasn't really a graphic problem like i always think, (i think too much =d)

i never thought of it that way O.o i can understand my laptop thinking its harmful, cause it is a glitch-fest. well at least i know now. and as for the launcher i really have no idea =d i shall go and have a check on that

That's cute. I haven't been able to play my game for about a week (felt like a month) because my laptop charger had broken. I literally just recieved it 10 minutes ago.

lol thank you and oh! i have been there before, but i got a new charger within 3 working days or a day roughly, i don't know but my laptop at the time's battery died really really quick, i hated sharing with my brother's charger my new laptop isn't like that ^-^
